  • How can I pay for my membership?

    We are currently offering PayPal and Stripe ( Credit Card ) payment options.

  • Why are prices displayed in two currencies?

    Most of our users are coming from the USA, followed by people from Europe. That is the reason why we made the decision to offer Payments in USD and in Euros. The pricing on our site is displayed in USD as default. If you are based in an Euro country, your pricing will be displayed in Euros. You can however also select the currency manually during checkout.

  • Are payments automated?

    Yes they are. Our membership is subscription based. That means that future payments will be taken off your PayPal or Credit Card automatically once you reach the next payment cycle. This may either be after a year/ month from your initial sign up date. You can however cancel your payments/subscriptions at any point in time from your custom profile menu.

  • I changed my payment info, what happens then?

    You have the option to change your payment methods from your custom profile menu at any point in time. We are sending out reminders close to the next payment cycle. If you still fail to make a payment, your account will be suspended.
