A Gorgeous Elopement At Yosemite National Park

“Yosemite is one of the most iconic places on the planet and is an amazing place to elope. The iconic granite walls make for some amazing photos and breathtaking views, so when Adam and Sarah reached out about their elopement, I knew they were in for a treat.

We went over a couple of different ideas of what a day can look like, and all decided to break up the day into two to maximize the views and adventure. We started with a sunrise ceremony at Glacier Point, where they shared their vows in front of the iconic peak, Half Down. This was a perfect spot that is accessible for friends and family to join in on. We then explored the area before taking a break mid-day.

We then met back up at sunset, where we hiked over to Taft Point. We explored and ran through the wooded forest on the hike over. You can’t miss those dust-kicking moments! We hit Taft at sunset, where we took in the stunning colors as the sunset behind the granite walls in the background. It was the perfect way to cap off an epic day. Yosemite National Park is by far one of my favorite parks, and the exploring never ends after more than 20 years here. I was so grateful to share these special moments with Adam and Sarah!”
