1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Wedding // New York Wedding Photographer Lukas Piatek was able to capture this amazing love story of Stephanie & Inderjit. As many people nowadays, they found each other on Tinder and swiped right a couple of years ago. Not knowing what to expect, both had backup plans for their first date but everything went perfect and here we are.

Meet Stephanie & Inderjit

After they moved together in their stylish apartment in Brooklyn, they spent a lot of time enjoying the city. Stephanie grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to New York City to study at Parsons School of Design. She now is working as a creative director. Inderjit, on the other hand, is an attorney in Manhattan. He was born in London, grew up in Texas, and moved to the Big Apple to chase his dreams.

Even though their experiences in the past are so different, they are the perfect match.

Planing The Wedding

Getting married in New York was the only option and a wedding at the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge was logical as they are both Brooklyn residents and walk the parks around the area from time to time.

Jennifer Taylor from a Taylored Affair was in charge of the wedding planning and made sure to respect their heritage and cultures. The authenticity was very important with dress codes that were available on the wedding website for all the guests.

The Photographer

With Stephanie being a creative director, the photos had to be very artsy and include certain elements of design & architecture. There are many photographers in Brooklyn, NYC, and all over the world so it wasn’t easy to find the perfect match.

The couple then found Lukas Piatek, a photographer that plays with lines, lights & shadows and was everything Stephanie & Inderjit wanted.
